Come out and watch our baseball and softball teams play against other local rec teams and support the kids in their activities! There will be fundraisers, raffle baskets, the concession stand will have all kinds of extras for the day and more!!

Bellepoint Athletics is opening their registration for Spring/Summer Softball and Baseball. Players can register using our new online portal through TeamSnap.
Online payments will be made using Paypal (no account needed for PayPal). Registrants will pay processing fees of around $4 – $5 per player.
We are also having a registration day at the Annual Pancake day at Buckeye Valley High School where you can sign up. Pancake day registrations will be occurring all day at the table outside the gym.

Bellepoint Day is fast approaching (June 6th). for those who do not know what Bellepoint Day is, every team plays at home that day and we have special events going on throughout the day in addition to the games.
We are asking each team to donate TWO items for the silent auction. Items can be collected and put together in a bag or package or a parent can collect money from the parents of the team and purchase an item or items to donate from the team. You can be as creative as you like. PLEASE SEE BELOW REGARDING DEADLINE FOR ITEMS.
Terri Yates will be sending out a Sign Up Genuis for working Bellepoint Day. Each team should have 2 parents already assigned to work in the concession stand that day during your child’s game (as we always do) but we will need additional parents to help with the bake sale table, serving lunches and possibly manning the grills.
We also need parents to donate items for the bake sale. Please package items individually for sale. Also, if there are nuts in any item, please make sure that you label the items.
Silent auction items need to be turned in no later than Thursday, June 4th. Please drop off the items in a bag for marked For Tara Shumate on it and your coaches name and leave it in the concession stand. There will be a shelf marked for silent auction items. Tara will stop by Bellepoint each evening to pick up items.
If you have questions, please email Tara at shumate5@frontier.com. If you are dropping off an item at the concession stand, email her as well with the name of the team, that you are dropping it off in the concession stand and the item or item package that you are donating and a dollar amount for the value. She will need time to type up the bidding sheets. You can use the donation letter below to denote these items as well.

Team pictures will be taken on Bellepoint Day, June 6, 2015, by Rex Welker at various times throughout the day. Please check with your coach as they are working with the photographer to establish a time that work best for your team.
To make picture day go smoother, Mr. Welker has allowed us to upload the picture form for you to print out in advance and bring with you that day.

Recent reports of property theft from parked cars have prompted us to remind guests to safeguard their personal belongings when parking at Concord Park.
Theft of valuables and personal belongings from vehicles at a park is a crime that happens more often than you think.
With the parking lots away from the fields, locking doors and rolling up windows is not enough. It only takes a moment for a thief to break a window, grab property and disappear.
Parents and guests to our park should remember the following simple tips:
Pass this along so that we all can have an enjoyable time at our park.
If you are the victim of theft, report it to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department at 740-833-2800.

This past weekend, Bellepoint Athletics had another successful clean up day with many parents volunteering their time and talents to help get our park ready. We have more to do.
The dugout on west is coming along and is going to be a great addition to an already fine facility.
Bellepoint Athletics would like to thank all of the parents that gave up their Saturday to help out in making Bellepoint the best facility in Delaware county to play ball in.

Bellepoint Athletics would like to invite all parents and participants to our annual Clean Up Day on April 11th.
Coaches will be sending out an email with more information and tool needs. Also, keep checking back here as we will be including a project list in the future so our participants know exactly what kinds of needs we will be needing for this day.
We are a volunteer organization that relies on the help of our participants and their families to make it all happen. We pride ourselves on the facilities we have. Please consider joining us that morning to make our facilities the best in the league.
